The Federative License is an identification document of belonging to the Catalan Cycling Federation, being able to be an athlete, technician or referee of one or more of the modalities of our federation. Regulated in the Federative field by the Law of Sport (Decree 1/2000 of 31 July), and the insurance field by the Royal Decree of Compulsory Sports Insurance (Royal Decree 849/1993 of 4 June).
