GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

1. The rental station staff is obliged to offer fully functional equipment.

2. The renter is obligated to check the rental bike for serviceable condition. Defects are to be reported immediately.

3. The renter is fully liable for negligent damage to material, in case of theft, damage to property and personal injury.

5. The rental station personnel is obliged to thoroughly check returned equipment.

6. The renter is obliged to return the equipment within the specified time. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge.

7. The renter is obliged to return the equipment in the same condition. Any defects or repairs will be charged extra.

9. In Spain it is obligatory to wear a helmet.

10. The renter agrees to comply with these regulations.
